Who we are
Fibre Fale is a purpose-led collective founded to create pathways for Pacific people in tech. We design and deliver programmes and platforms to build skills, nurture belonging and provide support for our community at every stage in their tech journey.
Pacific people make up only 4.4% of the tech industry.
We're working to change that.
Our vision is to increase the number of Pacific people in the digital technology industry to equal population representation in Aotearoa New Zealand by 2042.
What we do
We co-design and deliver immersive tech programmes and experiences; we share the stories of Pacific people in tech to create visibility and amplify the voices of our community; and we create platforms and spaces for Pacific people to connect, learn and grow.
Cybernesia
Cybernesia is a digital village for Pacific people to come together, to draw knowledge and to feel connected as a community in the digital space.
