Who we are
Fibre Fale is a purpose-led collective founded to create pathways into technology for Pacific people. We exist to amplify representation of Pasefika in tech and grow the next wave of transformative industry leaders.
Pacific people make up only 4.4% of the tech industry.
We're working to change that.
Our vision is to increase the number of Pacific people in the digital technology industry to equal population representation in Aotearoa New Zealand by 2042.
What we do
We design and deliver immersive tech programmes and experiences; we share the stories of Pacific people in tech to create visibility and amplify the voices of our community; and we create platforms and spaces for Pacific people to connect, learn and grow.
