Fibre Fale AI is a values-led AI capability and governance partner. Fibre Fale AI works across two complementary lanes — building AI capability for teams and practitioners, and building governance confidence for boards and leaders. Every engagement is grounded in Pacific epistemology, designed around your real context and built to stay with you long after we've left the room.

HOW WE WORK
Most organisations start with where to use AI.
We start with why.

Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation — 45–60 minutes with Julia and Eteroa to understand where your organisation is at, where it's heading and whether we're the right fit. Both ways.

From there, we propose the right starting point. Not a menu — a considered recommendation based on what we heard. We scope every engagement after that conversation, which means nothing is off-the-shelf and nothing gets forced to fit.

We deliver in person wherever possible. We use talanoa — not because it's a methodology we borrowed, but because it's how we think. Every session is built around your real work, your real context and the people actually in the room.

When we're done, everything stays with you. The frameworks, the policies, the custom tools, the reasoning. No lock-in. No consultant dependency — and a follow-up check-in is built into every engagement.

AI Capability

for teams, practitioners

& aiga

The ideal starting point for organisations that want their people to understand AI, use it with confidence and engage with it critically — on their own terms.

01

Keynote

Not a lecture — a provocation. We demystify the topic, shift how a room thinks and open the wider conversation on AI. People leave with deeper understanding and sharper questions.

45 - 90 mins

From $3,000

02

Organisational Masterclass

AI is already in your organisation — just not evenly. This brings your team onto the same page, building shared language and practical confidence so you can move forward together.

Half-day ⎜In-house

From $4,500

03

Community Masterclass

This is what access looks like. A practical, inclusive masterclass designed for real people in real contexts. No assumptions, no jargon — just a grounded way into AI that meets people where they are.

Half-day ⎜Community-centred

$3000

04

Curriculum Programme

Our flagship. A cohort-based programme where your team builds real AI capability using your actual work. No templates, no theory — everything created is relevant, practical and yours to keep.

POA

AI Leadership and Governance

for boards, executives & senior leaders

For leadership teams that need to govern AI with confidence — understanding their responsibilities, asking the right questions and building a documented position they can stand behind.

01

Governance Keynote

This is about responsibility, not technology. We reposition and contextualise AI at the governance level — giving boards the knowledge they need before making decisions.

60 - 90 mins

From $5,000

02

Leadership Masterclass

A structured space for boards to build real capability. Not just understanding AI, but defining how they govern it — with a clear, documented position that belongs to them.

Full-day OR Multi-session⎜In-house

Full-day from $7,500 ⎜Multi-session from $12,000

03

Governance Advisory

Before frameworks, there’s identity. We work closely with you to answer a bigger question: who do you want to be in a world where AI is infrastructure? From there, governance becomes clearer — and more grounded.

WHY FIBRE FALE AI?

We listen before we design.

We start by understanding your context, your people and what actually matters — not jumping straight to generic solutions.

Identity before technology.

Before tools, before policy, before implementation — we ask who you are and what you stand for. Because decisions that aren’t anchored in identity don’t hold. This keeps the work aligned when everything else shifts.

Everything stays with you.

Every programme, framework and document we help create belongs to your organisation. No lock-in. No dependency. No handover gaps.

Community rate.

We stand for digital equity. A community rate applies to registered NFPs, Māori organisations and Pacific charities — because access should never be a barrier to building knowledge and capability.
